As the COVID-19 situation continues to develop, we want to provide you an update on our operations, lead times and production schedules.
Because our products are used in hospitals and offices to provide separation and privacy and are sold to home office workers to create effective working space, we are deemed by our County to be an Essential Service. In order to be a good steward for our community and our country, we have elected to remain open during this time. However, we are doing so with the utmost regard to the safety of our employees; implemented safety precautions for our shop employees and asking those who can work from home to stay home.
Because of our great staff, MergeWorks is fully operational with minimal day-to day impact. While we remain committed to maintaining our production schedules, please note the following:
- Healthcare and Government orders will remain our priority and we will continue our 3-5-day quick ship production for these orders.
- Standard lead times will increase slightly as we prioritize healthcare orders. At the time your order is placed, please check with our Customer Service Representative for an update.
- Before we begin production on any order, we will contact you to ensure you will be open and available to receive product within the time frame we anticipate being able to ship. This is necessary because we are unable to store completed product in our warehouse.
